Most people are familiar with and live by the “Golden Rule”. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” However, at Affinity Insurance Partners we choose to abide by the “Platinum Rule”. “Do unto others as they would have you do unto them.” We shift focus from ourselves to our clients. Being that you have entrusted us with your financial future, the most respectful objective that we can accomplish is to create an atmosphere of accountability to ensure that our actions and our behaviors align with the values and standards that you expect, but more importantly deserve.
RELATIONSHIP is defined as “the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected.” We believe that trust, loyalty, communication, and honesty are key in forming, maintaining, and expanding a relationship. Trust is the foundation of our relationship. Without trust, there is no relationship. Loyalty assures that we are always on the same team. Every choice and decision we make take into consideration the impact on our relationship. Communication is the vehicle that strengthens the relationship and is crucial in the development and well-being of our partnership. Financial accountability can only work when there is an effective back and forth of information.
Honesty is priceless. When we are honest with one another and if we believe that honesty is the only way to move forward, we are saying that our relationship is decidedly important. Honesty can sometimes feel awkward, especially if what you have to say is difficult, however, in the long run, it is better than concealment, which can cause irreparable damage.

Families provide a setting for personal growth. Family is the single most important influence in a person’s life.
TEAMWORK promotes an atmosphere that fosters friendship and loyalty. These close-knit relationships motivate interested parties in parallel and align them to work harder, cooperate and be supportive of one another. Individuals possess diverse talents, weaknesses, communication skills, strengths, and habits. We are stronger together.
